This is a small project, not a data business. This page says in plain words what is collected, by whom, and what you can ask for.

Who is responsible
Edoardo Panichi, acting as an individual and not as a company, runs openodo.org and the managed hosting offered here. That person is the data controller for everything described on this page.
Visiting this site
No analytics, no tracking, no advertising scripts — none. The site remembers two things, and only for you: the language you chose (a cookie) and light or dark mode (kept in your browser). Our hosting provider keeps short-lived server logs that can include your IP address, for security and to keep the site up.
If you ask us to host you
The form on the modules page sends: your organisation's name, your own name if you fill it in, your email address, the country regime and the modules you picked, and any note you write. It is used to reply to you and to set up your installation. It is never sold, never used for marketing, and never sent anywhere it is not needed.
How long it is kept
Until your request has been handled and, if hosting starts, for as long as we run it for you. Ask for it to be deleted and it is deleted.
Who else can see it
Only the services that make this work: Vercel, which hosts this site and the coordination service, and Resend, which delivers the emails we send you. Nobody else.
Your organisation's own records
Your organisation controls the records in its installation: beneficiaries, members, donors, receipts and documents. The coordination service stores account and installation metadata, not those records. Network consolidation of signed totals is planned.
What you can ask for
A copy of what is held about you, a correction, deletion, or that we simply stop. Ask and you get an answer. If you think it was handled badly, you can complain to the data-protection authority in your country.
