Your records live in your installation. Nodo coordinates module access, available versions and service notices. Cross-branch totals through the network are planned; they are not available yet.

- What does it cost?
- We price by the size of your organisation, not by the number of people using it. Asking costs nothing: you send a request, we agree the cost with you, and nothing starts before you say yes.
- We keep everything in a spreadsheet today. Can it be brought over?
- Tell us what you keep and how — a spreadsheet, paper registers, another program — and we will tell you honestly what can be brought over and what would have to be entered again, before you commit to anything.
- Who is behind this?
- The project is run by Edoardo Panichi, as an individual rather than a company. The privacy page names who is responsible for your data and says exactly what is collected.
- What happens after I send the request?
- We review your request and email you to discuss setup, migration and costs. You agree the next steps before hosting starts or anything is charged.
- And if we want to leave?
- You take a copy of your data with you, and you can keep running the same modules on your own server. The modules are open source, so what you rely on does not disappear with us.
